Check-in
Check-in is normally from 4.00 – 7.00p.m and check-out is at 10:30a.m. Please let us know if you require an earlier check-in/ later check-out and we'll try our best to get the room ready for you or we will happily store luggage. It would be appreciated if you could let us know your expected time of arrival.

Restaurants
It's a good plan to book ahead, especially on the weekends. Please note that the last sitting at most local eateries is 9pm.

Smoking
Llys Aeron is a smoke-free environment.

Pets Policy
Unfortunately we do not take pets.

Children
We are able to cater for children up to the age of 12.

Deposit & Cancellations
We normally take the payment for the first nights stay as a deposit. The cancellation policy is full payment within 7 days prior notice and 50% payment between 7-14 days notice. At our discretion, we may reduce the cancellation charge accordingly if we are able to re-let the cancelled room/s in part and will be waived in full if we are able to re-let the room/s for the entire period. We recommend you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rates
Weekend rate applies throughout a bank holiday period.
